Cancellation Policy

Minimum group size is 10 participants Maximum group size is 20 participants Groups over 20 can be accommodated with an additional fee (quoted upon request) Smaller group sessions (under 10 participants) may be available for specialized groups upon request. These sessions are subject to availability and may require adjusted pricing based on group size and facilitation requirements. Group size, shirt sizes, shirt colours, chosen designs, and details are confirmed in advance (I will provide you with an order form to complete and return 3-4 weeks before the confirmed booking date). Bookings must be made at least 6+ weeks in advance to allow for preparation Booking is confirmed with date, group size, and session details once the full payment is made. Cancellation Policy Cancellation up to 21 days before the confirmed booking date: will receive a full refund. Cancellation 20-8 days before the confirmed booking date: 50% of the total booking amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. Cancellation 7 days or less before the confirmed booking date: 100% of the total amount is non-refundable.
