Local Orders

At Chronically Sarcastic orders local to Ottawa FREE personal drop off is offered. An email will be sent upon completion of your order so I scheduled and secure drop off can be made. Delivery will be scheduled for within 72 hours of order completion unless otherwise requested by you.

***Everything is made to order. I currently order blanks twice a week as orders come in.

Current processing times are 3-4 weeks to reflect the time it takes for the blanks to arrive and the time it takes to sublimate and process. ***

My wholesale order schedule is

Sunday evenings (Anything ordered between Wednesday at 6 pm and Sunday at 6 pm is ordered on Sunday and sublimated the following week once the order arrives).
Wednesday evenings (Anything ordered between Sunday at 6 pm and Wednesday at 6 pm is ordered Wednesday and sublimated that Friday or the following Monday, depending on delivery).**

Domestic and International Shipping

At Chronically Sarcastic, we take pride in our shipping and delivery process. Each order is carefully hand-sublimated to perfection, making it unique and special for you. Our made-to-order approach ensures a 2-3 week turnaround time, as we pay attention to every detail to create a high-quality product just for you. Throughout the order processing, we will keep you updated via email, providing transparency and peace of mind. Once your order is completed and shipped, we will send you shipping updates, so you can track its journey to your doorstep.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and NO DISCOUNTS on shipping can be offered at this time. Shipping timeframe is out of our control and NO REFUNDS will be given for shipping taking longer than expected. If something gets lost during shipping please reach out ASAP and we will work with you to get your items replaced as quickly as we can. ALL DUTIES and TAXES are to be paid by the CUSTOMER. Chronically Sarcastic is NOT responsible for any costs accrued during shipping or at customs.
